Ataraxia is an ancient Greek word meaning tranquility or equanimity. This piece of relaxation music was composed using a childs glockenspiel, an old music box and manipulated mandolin samples.
This track uses a 5hz Isochronic tone to, very subtely, help induce a Theta state.
